The Quick® fittings for watering and irrigation can be used for cold and hot water transport in irrigation and sprinkling systems. These fittings are completely in brass and thus suitable for professional use, in agricultural facilities, greenhouses, nurseries and industrial plants. They are highly resistant to prolonged exposure to the sun, atmospheric agents and light. The bayonet-type connection of the Quick® fittings, common to the various types and dimensions, is the particular factor that renders couplings with different rubber tube sizes and/or threaded tubes simple and secure. The connection between various fittings requires no tools, as these fittings are agile and rapid to connect even in the most problematic conditions.

Fittings equipped to connect polyethylene pipes with diameters from d.16 up to d. 63 mm. The internal components are mechanically held together in order to prevent any possible loss when installed.
Main Features
The Magnum, MagnumUNI (PE side) and MagnumOT (PE side) compression fittings benefit from the DSFL® exclusive low interference hydro-mechanical sealing system. This ensures a low manual effort when inserting pipes inside the fittings and complete operational safety.
Once the pipe is inserted, the progressive tightening of the ring nut forces the pressure bush to compress the O-ring, ensuring a water tight seal. The O-ring functionality and the hydraulic sealing are preserved thanks to a calibrated compression.
To guarantee effective manual sealing the clinching ring detaches from the pressure bush to reach the correct working position when working under pressure.

Zero interference fittings that allow the free insertion and junction of bars and coils of polyethylene pipes with diameters over d.63 mm.
Main Features
The MagnumMAX series combines the DSM® hydro-mechanical sealing system with the special NUT-IN®patented solution which retains the sealing components within the ring nut.
The DSM® dynamic sealing system is founded on the distinct design of the compression chamber guarantees a complete absence of interference between the pipe and the sealing O-ring at installation. This practical feature reduces installation times and allows the free insertion of pipes.

Transition fittings ready to join hydraulic equipment and threaded metal pipes with polyethylene pipes with diameters ranging from d.16 mm up to d.63 mm. The brass threaded element moulded in the polypropylene body prevents their pull out.
Main Features
Magnum, MagnumUNI (PE side) and MagnumOT (PE side) compression fittings benefit from the DSFL® exclusive low interference hydro-mechanical sealing system.
The advantage of the transition fitting with the MagnumOT series (metal/plastic body) is an increased mechanical resistance of the threaded joints between the hydraulic equipment and metal pipes to PE pipes. The mechanical compression fittings are quick and easy to install.
Available in both the male and female version is the nickel-plated brass threaded insert. This is moulded in the polypropylene body and allows the seamless anchorage of the metal components to the body of the fitting.
The threaded insert is internally PP coated for the protection of the fluid and it is equipped with a special knurl to enhance the sealing of the threaded connections.

Fittings equipped with universal gaskets and specific clinching system to join polyethylene pipes (PE side) up to a diameter of d.32 mm with both plastic and metal pipes (UNIversal side) with an external diameter ranging from 15 mm up to 34 mm.
Main Features
Magnum, MagnumUNI (PE side) and MagnumOT (PE side) compression fittings make use of the DSFL® exclusive low interference hydro-mechanical sealing system.
This guarantees a low manual effort and complete operational safety when inserting the pipes inside the fittings. Once the pipe is inserted, the progressive tightening of the ring nut forces the pressure bush to compress the O-ring, ensuring the water tight seal. The O-ring functionality and the hydraulic sealing are preserved thanks to a calibrated compression.
When under pressure the clinching ring detaches from the pressure bush to reach the correct working position and guarantee the effective mechanical seal.
MagnumUNI allows maintenance and joining operations between PE pipes with a diameter up to d.32mm and U-PVC, copper, lead and steel pipes with external diameters ranging from 15 mm to 34 mm.
The special profile of the DSEAL® patented universal O-ring, manufactured in flexible elastomeric material, provides a wide tolerance on the external diameter of the pipes and allows an insertion effort with the minimum friction even with damaged or deformed pipes.
The special clinching ring with metal inserts guarantees the safe anchorage of the jointed metal pipes.
